IMO, they either put all their eggs in the IPO basket and got burned or never intended to IPO and burned everyone. Then, they were buried in debt, some expansion based and good IMO, and the note holders had them by the short hairs. I feel Mgmt was very slow to react and failed to plan their expansion responsibly. So, here we are. I believe we will see a rise in PPS running up to the RS vote. I also feel that mgmt is somewhat obligated to share good news of some kind prior to that to gain shareholder support, unless, of course they feel it isn't needed. Just my opinion....glta.
