drkazmd65, I think even better than you suggest:

Actually we had a pretty good week here for NNVC. Opened at ~$2.70,.... were briefly up over $3, and ended up closing out the week at $2.99.

I'll take a >10% gain in a week with no particular news,.... good or bad.

I posted a few days ago, NNVC likely to hit resistance levels. And, while it slipped past $3 yesterday, I think it needed to test $3 for a bit.

Observing today's trade, looked like greater buying than selling interest. There was a definite shift in momentum a few days back. Selling has dried up. There has been modest, new buying interest.

The buying interest is sufficient, at current levels, to push the PPS higher, but not quickly. Hard to say if this is intentional or not. But, often accumulators do not want the PPS to rise too quickly. They would prefer to establish a position first.

I think much will depend on sellers. The absence of selling is more of a factor, IMO, than the presence of the new buying.

I had commented on seller fatigue a few times over the past several weeks. This phenomenon can be picked up in the anemic volume, after a correction.

For confirmation of the move up, it would be great to see increased volume. The past few days, volume has moved higher; but, nothing to "rock the house".

I am cautiously optimistic with current technical, and did build a decent position earlier in the week.

Technical is like the "Blind Lady of Justice", impartial.

Looking at some charts, a logical move higher would encounter minor resistances; then, significant resistance just prior to $4.

As always, I am cautious and watchful. As you pointed out, I'm up about 10% for this week. A few weeks back, made a quick trade in NNVC for about 15%.

The way NNVC has traded, makes me think there is something here. Despite some uber negative posts, technical indicate NNVC is not going to disappear. According to some, NNVC should be worthless by now. I take them at their words, and I assign them the appropriate credibility, to go along with their assertions. 0, Zero.
