There has been a total of 6 million shares added the float in the past week. Very little compared to the volume. These shares came from DHAT who recently resigned as CEO.

The notes you are referring to were converted in the past month or so thus the dramatic fall in price the past 90 days, on top of this, it was being shorted while conversion were occurring. If you look at Reg Sho it will explain a lot. Shorts are in need of shares bad.
