May help minimize dilution for GTRQ shareholders as well.

The more that GTRQ can be funded via PO/sales, will reduce the funding that will need to be raised via the selling of shares registered in the S-1.

I believe the relationship with itraq is good for GTRQ on many levels!

That is so bogus name 5 successful companies that come from crowd funding. Why is this even a discussion that company has nothing to do with GeoTraq they're just a client.
