HE told me when I was there: "I have three months to get this plant up and the biomass machinery installed in it (huge pieces that looked like a jet engine) and running". That was Sept. 24th. It will soon be 5 months and the last time I asked him to send me a picture of his plant, he sent me the same one that he sent in December. That was not a good sign. He HAD customers for his dried pellets but it looks like he never got to where he could produce them. Sad.
