IJJP is exactly the usual penny stock, in all the worst ways.

Actually that's not whats happening here at IJJP at all. The companies involved in this so-called consortium all owe the Gouldings money for services rendered be it legal advice,accounting fees or advisory services. None of them have any money to pay the Gouldings off so they have to issue shares which are of no value. Hence the Goulding lawsuits.
