I suspect the company is hoarding multiple pieces of good news. What this board and stock price seems to be neglecting is the statement that the number of Immigration deployments was said to increase from 30 last summer to 200 more over the next 12 months from that time (see http://www.securitysystemsnews.com/taxonomy/term/5382 ). I suspect the hiring of a PR firm in Jan is in anticipation of multiple positive announcements which will in quick order double or triple the stock price, and that this is the quiet before the storm.

I of course could be wrong, but with the increasing revenues and the near breakeven in 3rd quarter with strong projections for the 4th quarter and on out into this year, that looks like a possibility. Certainly a case can be made that in fact there are reasons to believe this is turning into a failed venture with money being sucked out by greedy insiders, but I at least hold out some hope that some of the insiders - greedy or not - want the value of their own shares and options to go up too.
