There is going to be a vote on an RS on March 10th, to give the right to a RS between 5-1 and 20-1. If the vote passes, IMO, they won't use the RS till it would get the PPS in up list territory, meaning bet. .15 to .25 (a 20-1 RS would then put it at $3 - $5). So now at .05 there is potential for a 3-5 bagger before RS, maybe more, maybe they will wait till .50 and do a 10-1. JMO.
