Not from my experience.They almost all happened @ .0001

Been buying some pre RS selected few in the past.
But my top limit is 1/100
And they were not tickers with toxic financing in it like AJAC.
Good luck, you will need .10 just to get even...

I'm not a buyer Pre RS here...
