I agree, there is much more to the Indoor Agriculture industry than people here know. It looks like the "cloud based platform" is also a new and leading technology within the industry.

So how this plays out we will not know until they disclose more information and that wont happen until the acquisition closes.

As Riss says: “We intend to close the transaction later this month and will provide additional information as appropriate.”
