CA125 is all over the place all the time. Women with and without cancer have shown rises and falls for reasons and no reasons. They use it as a potential indicator but no knowledgeable doctor will use it as a tool to make a decision on someone's life. The most likely what was mentioned that the doctor didn't want to wait for the trial to proceed to higher dosing. Possibly moved her to some other trial that may have been further along. This is a stage 4 cancer patient, she is dying and wants to do something now to try and live longer. I could be wrong about some of it but the CA125 is not viewed as reliable enough!
I've been accumulating for 3 years, the current price is meaningless, bought more today at 3.48. Next 5 months should be interesting, patience will be rewarded.
