I'm going to answer that literally: A public company does not give you a return on investment, unless we're talking about dividends or interest, neither of which apply here. Our hope for ROI is that the Company must keep it's shareholders posted regularly. This stock needs to go to NASDAQ and hire an I/B and do real I/R and P/R. I sent Kramer a tweet a few weeks ago. His response: They need numbers.
