Danburydude, I tend to agree with your view, whatever cash we have left it must be used to bring some more cash into the coffer, I would start giving them 5% off and begin serious negotiations. Now on the other hand ZTE has made a big mistake by irritating not one but two U.S. Judges, I think VRNG can play off of that issue. Nevertheless we go back to a simple saying you can't go to war without bullets $$$$$. GLTA Long and hangin ON.

From ZTE's point of view, Vringo's management convinces nobody of their ability or intension to survive? They sell their personal holdings for cheap and drain the coffers with much too generous salaries & bonuses. Who at Vringo cares about making the short term sacrifices to husband the resources for the long term? Vringo needs to show not only ZTE but their own shareholders they will be around. Just my .02
