Always the very last minute. DAMN!! And because of this procrastination, or piss poor planning, they set themselves up to fail. Waiting until the last moment represents increased risk that something gets overlooked or filed incorrectly!

Because of lost shareholder faith on SO many other promised actions, this procrastination only feeds into the naysayers contention that EP has no intention of submitting the Form 10 as promised and regrettably never has!
