I spent some time going back over the quarterly reports and believe, at this point, approximate ownership percentages are as follows:

HENC 48.503
TGC 20.663
PERS 30.834

If HENC still has to transfer enough percentage to TGC to get it to 28.114 percent, then final ownership percentages would be as follows:

HENC 28.114
TGC 41,052
PERS 30.834

My figures could be off somewhat, but I think that is where we stand right now.
