Besides that - you will see that there was some selling of shares by Malhi previously. This is in connection to excercising of warrants - he might have just paid a lot out of pocket to excercise (bought 500k shares) and wanted to cash some out. It also says indirect ownership under these transactions so it could be something else too. Also keep in mind these guys have millions of shares amongst themselves so these transactions overall are drops in the bucket.
