There are never any guarantees. The down side is 100% and the upside is 10,000%. Ever been in a low float stock that runs 10,000% in less than a month? I have; that is why I am here, because I think it could happen here.
Why are you even talking about losing the case? I would assume that if the case is lost, then so is essentially all shareholder value. So that's cut and dried.
Me, based on my own opinion, I'll take some more shares if there is a shake out.
Everyone has to make their own decisions based on their own DD. Never trade this kind of stock with money you can't afford to lose.
