I agree and what scares me is the four member board each received 100M in an off shore account to keep the lid on the price per share.

Makes sense greed trumps all.

example; BMY gives the four member board "400M hypothetical amount" maybe more maybe less. "You will PR what we want continue the trials as planned and if CTL4 pans out and SUNRISE looks promising we do an actual deal".

Four member board does not loose, either way.

It's the only scenario which makes sense, to not say MOS is still trending in the liver PR, to not announce additional patents and of course to NEVER add a board seat, and to NOT do a regional deal.

By the way this is not my thesis I'm not smart enough to figure it out too simple.
