I disagree. Months of silence is never good (with some rare exceptions as you said) but in Penny stocks silence is not golden. W. Buffet said it best "keep your investors informed even if the news is not always good."

Coho, did this reach .001 at one point yesterday? I wonder if more manipulation games are being played here. Would love to see that eclipsed soon on any kind of milestone news. I just hope their restructuring email doesn't mean a reverse split.
