Market makers can take it under 0001 and make profit. Retail doesn't know until a stock opens at .0001 and it says +1000% from previous day. That tells you it closed at .00001. NSAV hasnt been in top 20 short for 8 months and now all the sudden they're in top ten last two days. Seems like someone may trying to make it look like the company is still diluting.
