Well said. In fact, that says it all.

I'm fascinated by pennystock biotechs. We all know that only 1 in 20 succeed. What fascinates me is the greed and laziness of the retail investors who throw money at stocks like RXPC.

I sincerely believe that Gartner and Charter never intended to actually sell DR-70. I think they merely wanted to be paid to attempt to sell DR-70 the way MacLellan was paid handsomely to attempt to sell DR-70.

In retrospect.... and yes, it is time for retrospect, because there will never be Radient news again..... the student of penny biotechs should look at the Radient PR's and 10Ks and 10Qs and compare what Macelellan promised, what he delivered, and what he was paid.
