These guys are comical. What I think I find funniest is that each side--Jarvis on the one hand, and the Zoyes gang on the other--lied about some very fundamental stuff. It seems Correnti didn't bother to explain the extent of Zoyes's involvement, and particularly the existence of a potentially dilutive note. And Jarvis apparently didn't disclose that the "OTC Exchange" was just a lot of made-up bullshit.
I wonder how things stand between them now. Perhaps I should give 'em a buzz next week and do a followup.
