#5003 RE: royallen #5002

That contract doesn't matter, all that matters is the base for Southridge, THAT BASE IS THE KEY, AND I WON'T ADVICE ANYBODY TO BUY HIGHER THAN THAT. I really don't know about cutting edge now and what kind of improvements the new managements made to the design and technology of their panels. They always claimed cutting edge but Zep solar had the same technology and it was far better and superior. I really don't know who stole where but there were constant litigation.
Also all I know is that a third tier manufacture from Taiwan couldn't even allow WEST to break even, it was so expensive, there were constant issues with financing the inventory, financing the panels, their service contracts were outsourced to someone else who couldn't and wouldn't honor WEST's contracts............. There were all sorts of problems with prepayments, inverters, customer service, shipping and tariffs, they never had enough cash to pay their employees and Randazzo kept diluting non-stop and the end all bills were paid from dilution including Randazzo's fat salary and BOD's check............ If they solved all those problems and became cost-efficient, then good for them. I didn't know that. One thing I know right after Cinnamon got fired, he started his own joint called Cinnamon Solar and was riding his bike installing panels. If Cinnamon continues, I can tell you that it is only matter of time there will be some kind of litigation between WEST, Canadian (ZEP) and Cinnamon over those instant brackets. I have no doubt about that. BTW, there were also problems with WEST's panels and damage to the roofs, I hope they fixed that too. imo
