The way the paperwork reads, he got the actual acreage but not the building. As far as how he fits into all of this, I have no clue. My immediate thought is that Weber hasn't been paying the TA.

Unknown if any deal for the property/building was made between CEO Brian Weber and Rhodes. Something happened on 4/14/2010 where Rhodes cancelled a transaction with Wachovia Bank, was that when CEO BW made a deal for the warehouse?
