Not really, I'm not that talented or blessed with that much time...but of the 450 million outstanding commons, and 335-340ish shareholders that are not insiders, and a few hands holding sizable counts like me....the rest of the holders on record could only average a smallish amount to take up over half. And I will be voting no, just like every other non insider....and a non-vote constitutes a "no" per the filing.
