Neutral: Questions for the Conference Call---Since we brought it up I guess I'll drop a few to get it started. FWIW, someone on this board who has a "solid" connection to HISS mgmt (or Frank specifically) should probaby email the final list of questions, as I have never spoken with them, via phone or in person. [my thinking is that it will have a better chance to be addressed]
Rough Draft of ?'s: (Please critique and change--this is not comprehensive, I don't have enough time, apologies)
1) Ports subject---HISC's target market, CT perfected in Savannah. Do we have any current negotiations for contracts? (doubt they answer straight up) Remember they PR'd the estimated 125M in CT sales 3 years. Any updates about this, specifically Savannah?
2) Delivery of orders--Knox County TN, Guarda, Pro-Sec (updates, by July of course) and others that I have may have missed
3) CT tests---South Carolina State Board of Ed., Army in Sept/Oct?, UK train testing (wasn't there a UK port testing?)
4) CT negotiations---Jordanian gov't and Ford/Volvo at one time? Any others that I missed?
5) O/S issue---further plans of reduction?
6) Other products: i.e. Cyber Rad, Cyber Shield, Quantum Sniffer, etc. Any negotiations for these products? Remember Cyber Shield was PR'd for 250 M in 5 years
7) Rev guidance for this year---is 55M still on target for HISC? Revs for Actsoft? (could be wrong isn't 25M doable this year?)
8) Shareholder meeting---NYC this year confirmed?
9) Any new product lines currently being reviewed for new distribution agreements?
10) Barry Bennett still on board---his current role with HISC? What about Spencer G?
11) Any CT orders from valleyassociates.com?
12) Any new Sprint/Nextel distribution info? Will CT's be only sold on S/N website or physically in retail stores? What about rumours of Cingular?
13) S/B-2 to be refiled directly after merger to get HISC to OTCBB?
14) Any newly developed functions of the CT or other product lines?
15) White Paper for Cyber Rad coming soon?
16) Any new updates about Pro-Sec selling HISC products in Middle East?
These are just a few inquiries I had off the top of my head. I figure they will answer most of the Actsoft/merger questions, as I did not even add many of those to this list. Truthfully, my questions deal more with the HISC business side of things---I'm not worried about Actsoft at all.
There are tons more questions here that I have probably missed----Everyone please add/delete as necessary.
