I can tell you if you received any emails, it is not from Bioheart but from actual pumpers.
I am signed up for every single possible newsletter and email distribution list that this company has, and all of it's subsidiaries, and on Comella's distribution list, and have not received anything.

Usually, if you look into the background of these pump email operations, they are also connected in some way to a broker-dealer. Receiving shares at a discount and then pumping them.
They are not the company themselves.

With that being said though, they're is plenty of excellent news to pump, for sure... but it's real news with real value.
