Yeah in the same boat.To me its old shares cause it was signed 2/5/15 and filed 2/10/15 before r/s was effective/approved.

I think its a little over 12 million fully diluted now could be wrong but the way I've read it thats the number.I think we get the 10Q tomorrow.I just don't like the 13th so thats why I said not friday.

I think Elliot will give a full detailed update very soon including the new share structure as of the current date he issues said update.

Its a no brained they going to uplist though imho.Just hoping for positive data regarding shire.Tau is moving forward thats for sure.
