Interesting information.

I don't see this group jeopardizing their ability to make money off of their investments. The fact that they are still on board, I would think, would be a positive thing.

Pineau seemed like a decent guy but maybe he was replaced because the board didn't think he could get the job done, especially since revenues had gone nowhere for at least the previous 3 years.
