OMG it's called "higher low" not "higher close". Based on the "lowest price intraday" not the close price. This is BASIC and well known charting. You can't just make stuff up dude
Example: the close price can be the SAME for THREE days in a row, while STILL achieving higher lows AND higher highs.
Higher highs and higher lows have nothing to with the close price. It only has something to do with intraday levels relating to the previous 2-3 trading days.
