My understanding of Liscouski is different. The talk on the IMSC board is that he played a big part in getting a last resort financing keeping the company going, in addition to helping recruit top talent to the firm that helped them get a TSA order worth 162 million(the order right now is under protest) at the end of last year. The debt and the protest, which should be done soon, is what is holding the share price of IMSC back.
In my opinion, he is a good person to have on the board
