Very weird. Definitely clicking on it and it's opening in internet explorer and not as my saved pdf file. I wonder if it's because I haven't closed the browser window at all since I first accessed the link. I've closed tabs in it but not the whole browser. Maybe it wouldn't work if I shut the browser down and reopened a new window. Not sure. It was work computer so I'm not there now to test it out. I'll try tomorrow and let you know.
