oil/gas cheapies are still going up, but the USO weekly pincher looks in danger of whipsawing off the weekly EMA8 - alot of week left to change that, but if it doesn't close above the weekly EMA8, oil should make a new low next week or two. Non commodity types are saying oil has bottomed, but taders are saying more down. That's mostlikely why it's a bear/bull struggle today, and right at the weekly EMA8 line in the sand
