But you miss the point - How does a share price going to a dime affect the company? Does it affect the company, and if so - HOW? Or, how does a share price of $10 affect the company as compared to $.70? Does Offor care? Should he? Why would he, and under what circumstances?

I think, if you can determine the answers to those types of questions, you can figure a whole bunch of things out about this stock! The answers are simple investment answers. Think about them. I'm not trying to do anything other than make people think about the relationship of a stockholder to a company, particularly a startup company like us.

Please take a stab at those questions and then I will give you my answers, answers that put me at ease about our company and its situation.
