Just what purpose does a shareholder serve to a company once the stock has been issued? Why would they (the company) really want to satisfy shareholders fears and worries about a company valued at $.70 per share?
I'd like your views on that please, and from anyone else. Thanks.
"They say they're trying to build a large oilco here. Alienating shareholders in the early days will not accomplish that. The lack of progress ERHC Energy has portrayed in the media is intentional. That will hurt them in the long run."
Building a large oilco has very little to do with PR's to shareholders. It has very much to do with:
Would I like the SP to be higher? Sure. But things take time and to think that Sinopek, or anyone else, would buy us out at $15/share based on PR releases, when proven or probable reserves only equal $1.50 is totally unrealistic on your part.
And do you think Offor would sell at $1.50 if we are actually worth $15? Come on. Get real. You are so impatient that you are frustrated. How long have we had signed deals? Compare our SP increase over the last 3 months to Chevrons...I assume they have had several PR's, and news stories, etc...all the things you would want. You have done better than Chevron investors.
