I would say it depends entirely on what the ruling is

so far we haven't seen VRNG issue a press release on this recent Delaware action, and the company appears to be strategic in which legal events it issues PRs about... not to mention the timing of any news releases

regardless of what the company decides to do, we will read about anything from the teleconference on the message boards and social media before anything else
