Call your CEO and verify that.

Ask him when he intends to file his answer to the Allscripts USPTO case as well. It's due shortly.

Wasn't just speculation. Allscripts is going to make an example of MMRF. WebMD and Quest will avail themselves of every opportunity to delay, such as mediation, until Allscripts is done with the heavy lifting.

MMRF's CEO and the attorneys he hired have damaged MMRF badly and cost shareholders a TON of money.

Remember, the fight now is about how much MMRF owes the defendants. The patent lawsuit is over. A win on appeal only resets it back to the beginning. Appeals need a competent legal team and a gross mistake in law by the judge. MMRF is missing at least one of those here.
