Been on the road and out of touch for quite a bit but IMO everything hinges on the outcome of this lawsuit. Have to believe that the lawyers are calling all the shots.
Last time I looked there was an extension given to one of the defendants to file additional info on their motion to dismiss. I think they were given 2 weeks so not looking for much new info any time soon.
