If this gets to .0005 before the r/s we'd all be getting 100,000 restricted at .50 or higher for every 1 preferred. If @ .0015 PPS would be $1.50. Thus we have incentive to get it ticking up people vs now .00005 which will convert to .05

Everyone will take some profits when we're off restriction but this can grow rather quickly with results over the next years.
