WHERE does it say JJ is the seller?

JJ (et al) isn't the seller until he accepts the offer. Until then, he is the offeree.

Aside from that, simple deductive reasoning (and a few inquiries) make it pretty obvious who Auryn made the offer to.

1) It is no secret that Auryn wants JJ out of the ADL picture based on the way he treated some members of Volcan's BOD during past negotiations. Some of the conditions for Auryn's involvement was the consolidation of claims ownership from JJ's 49% holdings into MMC, the resignation of JJ from the MDMN board, and I'm assuming that JJ's other non-ADL properties will be carved out of MMC.

2) JJ just converted his 35 million preferred shares into a more than coincidental 350 million common shares last quarter.

3) We don't know of any other MDMN shareholders with that size ownership, in certificate form,...and that the Letts' know in order to undergo a private transaction.

4) It was confirmed that the offer was made to JJ and various family members.

Basically you'd have to try real hard to think the offeree is someone else.
