I was a little surprised we didn't close up more than we did today with the VIX up over 7 percent. TVIX does lag some though so if we keep an upward trend with VIX, TVIX should start running up faster. Still seems oil is steering the market and volatility. Not sure yet if we've seen the bottom for oil yet, but if we haven't this will be a great place to be when new lows are made.

Glad to see you posting here Stockfather. Goodfellows loss is our gain I guess.

Sorry to see you closing the Goodfellas board, but totally understand. I didn't find your post about closing it until now.

I did follow you and others over there and appreciated your insight on TVIX and other investments. I hope you keep adding here.

ATTENTION GOODFELLAS!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be closing the GoodFellas board at the end of this month. It has been an amazing experience for me over the years and I have learned a lot from many "goodfellas" along the way. I have also made some good friends along the way and I'm grateful for that. I am very thankful to everyone who has contributed to the forum and has helped support it over the years. Unfortunately my time is very limited to posting on the HUB and I simply do not have the time to post or moderate a forum going forward. I only have a couple months left of full time trading and then it's back to business for me until the fall. I will still continue to post on the Hub in the meantime but I will post more freely on some other boards around the hub. No more moderating for me on IHUB...lol;)

Thank you all again for everything and I wish everyone the very best success with their trading. BOL to all!!

I'm glad TVIX hasn't exploded yet because I've got a lot more dough in the works come Wed. IMO this ETN alone can produce 500%+ profit this year if played in 1-3 day swings from bottoms. This will be at least half of what I play all yr, the other half will be nat gas/oil etf's/etn's. So basically, get used to seeing me here.
