Same here,.... If Ebolacide is effective in the Mouse models it will be a success for demonstrating the NNVC drug development platform even IF the drug is not ready to 'save the day' and can only come in and help with the post-epidemic mop-up.

From a 'greedy' corporate standpoint - it would have been good to have "The Magic Drug" to save the day - but I'll be happy if the epidemic is under control and fading regardless.

As we all have seen - Ebola outbreaks (even if generally smaller and more containable) occur every few years. There is still going to be an effort to stockpile doses in preparation for the 'next' outbreak.

And 'stockpiling' generally means that Governments and NGOs will drop some significant change for those companies who do have something that looks like it could work.

And in the meantime - Flucide keeps on chugging forward.
