Yeah, maybe he can shed some light on it, although I dont really care what he has to say. Makes me mad that PVEC screwed all the investors out of the certs. Pretty much stole 20 grand out of my pocket by doing that. How could they just say that the certs were all null and void, they should be held accountable to pay them out legally. Thinking about taking legal action if thats possible.
That is correct...but that information is only being shared with the attorneys' for the judgment debtors that have engaged Turner and others to assist in their collection.
