Drew, I don't share the over optimistic view I feel is based on little more than hope and hype, but that's not to say I see nothing but gloom and doom here either. First, please keep in mind the following FACTS

1. MNVN is NOT current with their SEC filings, so none of us know the true share structure at this point. My GUESS is that it's in pretty bad shape, but again, that's just a guess at this point and we'll all have to wait and see.
2. Our sister Company EFIR has been operating on an expired business license since 2012, and like us is at NO BID and 0001. They are even more delinquent in their SEC reporting than MNVN, so there is a LOT we don't know about their present condition.
3. Boomerang Oil (BOI in Canada), (0B9 in Germany) was/is the only company in the Alexander group with any actual value. Presently they have been suspended in both Canada and Germany, so no shares may be bought or sold unless or until that situation is resolved.

OK, those are the FACTS which are all obviously negative. As for positive, I personally "believe" BOI will correct its problems on foreign markets and resume trading. When? No idea, just a guess. Next, I "believe" something may be happening with EFIR in regard to some type of merger or acquisition. That is based TOTALLY on HYPE I've seen on their board, and information received from other traders that have stated conversations they have had with Joe Vasquez. (Investment Relations)

For me, I see the "possibility" of this stock perhaps ticking up to a 0003 ASK, and 0002 BID at some point in the future. This I personally feel will give many the opportunity to get out at 0002. I also firmly believe the 0002 escape hatch is the highest value that MAY be possible, and waiting on an additional tick will only result in losses and disappointments. BUT THAT IS MY OPINION ONLY!!

Last thing, and this is just something to watch carefully. The MNVN Business License expires in May. An R/S is possible at any time before that date, OR if the license is renewed. If allowed to expire, the R/S will no longer be an option, unless or until renewed. GLTY

Yes agreed, and the owner Dennis A. needs to realize the power of a PR. It's like having millions of blog posts put up at once nationally. There should be some quality information coming out about what is being bought from us by Success Oil, Inc. and hopefully some oil production figures - Dennis A. put that out for EFIR when I was a stockholder there, it's time for some new figures over here.

The good thing is Dennis A. seems to be putting all his eggs in the basket with MNVN. The question is will he be diligent or will he be refusing to crack open some Press Releases. He also needs to have his web guy learn what a press release is that hits the actual brokerages and not just a PR that goes on the BOI stock exchange, etc.

Due diligence in my opinion is not Dennis A.'s strong suit. However, we are all subject to change, and if he wants to see success I'm hoping he becomes way more proactive with his basket of MNVN for all of us and himself. It only makes sense. Go MNVN.
