My only question is .... why does he announce this on his Facebook page and not via press release where all shareholders have access? Opening up a new location in a foreign country is a big deal to shareholders - or at least to me it is.

Your question could have several answers...some good and some bad. One thing for certain, posting on facebook and twitter does very little to move stock price.

Countless reasons..

Maybe they are still hoping for capitulation,maybe they want to stay quiet until financing is secured, maybe a new rumored CEO needs to make the deal, maybe the deal is not quite finalized or has contingents.

Regardless, we have recent activity growing and logical behind the scenes actions. It is only a matter of time before valuation corrects dramatically.
