It will show the true state of company. Broke with a lot of debt.

It does not matter, no Form 10 is coming, they do not have audited fins to go along.

Eric has simply put together something that might look like a Form 10, that's it. Not in XLBR format, no audit, apparently filled with LOC's not finalized and projections about future growth based on financing that is non existent.
