It appears SAMP has a connection to an established auto repair/pre-owned vehicles business. And from the size of the facility they appear to do a lot of business:

Now comes a Facebook post from Jeff Love on that same shop on January 23: Second posting in the timeline: “My New Auto Shop” https://www.facebook.com/jeff.love.3785
Note his comment (January 24): I quit the houses the money wasn't any good market changed. So I have restaurants and car dealerships/auto shops.
IMO this was a business Tommy was involved in and Jeff and SAMP have recently come on board as financial partners. Speculation at the moment, but there's definite heavy smoke before this fire starts.
Do your own DD, but SAMP might be more than restaurants!!
