711... You bring up a very valid point because May 29th is a state holiday as well as a federal holiday (market closed) and the Texas S.O.S. will not be open on that day. There is one possibility and that is the fact that no proxies need to be sent out (already have obtained over 52% approval, the 20 days is somewhat of a moot point however it doesn't mean that it won't be in effect at the opening bell on May 30th (which would be the case anyway because "COB Monday" is effectively the same as pre-opening on the 30th).
