I agree......You are exactly right, if, everyone in the world was honest and good, and, that is how it should be.

Except....there is always an exception, right...

I believe there are two many involved for there not to be some type of information leaked. If the stock goes up considerably there probably is an entity willing to pay a premium. if the stock doesn't move much, the individuals involved are either pristine (not many left in this business), or.......well....i just do not see how that would be good for me.
