'GreenFever'? Possible Indeed! But if nothing else, TDEY gets a credibility boost for bringing their filings current!
Whereas a scam pinksheet company wouldn't be so concerned with filing anything as they don't exist with intent to becoming a reporting company.
TDEY on the other hand, has put forth an unusual and unnecessary effort to file 'WITH' intent to becoming much more than just another company on the pinksheets.
(Unnecessary filings:Because the pinksheet arena is like a proving ground for new companies and therefore aren't as scrutinized as an actual up-listed reporting company. So, for a pink to FILE, is solely under an honor system, upheld by their own choice.)
A scam pinksheet company typically operates with knowing that at some point they'll get their motha-flippin 'ASK' (wink!) caught and be shut the flip down! (wink!) So, they rip-off as many investors/shareholders as they can, to that end.
TDEY doesn't appear to be following that trend. Anything TDEY does to legitimize and/or bring credit to their image, shouldn't be taken lightly.
An otherwise fraudulent pinksheet company wouldn't give a damn.
